Based on my extensive experience Millennials' purchasing decisions are decidedly different than other gens, i.e., purchasing smart home products b/c of certain use cases that, frankly, seem impractical and in some cases, even less-than-likely, but that they view as "neat" and interesting value-adds to their lives. Boomers, on the other hand, tend to purchase based on sound, tried-and-true, and very practical use cases. Just my two cents.

As for these linens, I like the marketing approach - Insta designs are fab! - though they would require a very specific design scheme to work though that's just my opinion...fyi, I'm a minimalist so most linen seems like overkill to me ;D

Re: My December 2017 Monthly Income Report

How many pageviews, on average, in a month and also in a year?

Re: The Top-Requested Amenities for Beach and Lakefront Vacation Rentals

Is this available for mountain and urban vacation rentals?

Re: Governor’s post-party call to police: ‘call off’ your officers

And who paid for said holiday party? Real estate investing is hard work and you'd better know your market and have a good broker, banker, lawyer and property manager on retainer. Whoops, there goes your profit. Affiliate marketing, too, is hardly "set it and forget it" money-making. Whatever website you set up needs to be updated with fresh content and also should be designed impeccably. It has to be hosted and the domain should be recognizable (or at least become recognizable) if you want to attract the audience necessary to make affiliate marketing pay off. Generally speaking, even great websites that have been up and running for many years may pull in $50-200 per month in affiliate revenue. Plus, websites can be expensive unless you know what you're doing. Investing in the market is no small undertaking either. You need a sizable chunk of money to get started, in most cases a minimum of $2500 plus fees and commissions, and once again, you'd better know what investments are worthwhile -- or you'd be wise to employ a reputable, seasoned investment advisor (not cheap). I don't know anything about royalties, but my guess is buying the ones that make money isn't cheap or easy. You could create your own intellectual property -- music, book, film, etc. You will need to build an audience before the property is valuable of course, but this is one way to go.

Re: Ditching Diet Foods Leads to Weight Loss Success Story - Shape Magazine

The key is figuring out what works for you and keeps you healthy and feeling great.

Re: Ways to Make Metabolism Faster

#4 is bunk.

Re: Makeup Tips

Smashbox primer's great, but you can get the exact same effect (and exact same ingredients) in Monistat anti-chaff gel....so much cheaper. There are many tribes, each with its own culture belief system, and layer on top of that the influence of urbanism and contemporary societal "culture," and the whole notion of blanket-labeling something as "Indian" or "Native American" comes under fire. I have Native heritage but I did not grow up on a reservation or near my culture. That said, I am a registered member of my tribe, and over the course of my upbringing, I can clearly see and recognize things that my family does that are traditions and most likely cultural expressions of my tribe. I constantly question my own Native-ness, particularly in the context of my own "non-reservation" upbringing. I've embraced modern technologies (hence I'm typing this on my computer keyboard), and I see other members of my tribal community do the same. That's not to say that there aren't challenges with said technologies. It's interesting that your tribe has teachings about these challenges. Popular culture both demonizes and embraces/promotes technology and the problems that naturally spring up. Funny.

Re: Feathers and Fashion: Native American is in Style

The flipside, of course, is the many cultures' ancestors alternately killed and married/had children with other cultures' ancestors. I myself am a result of the latter (obviously not the former) and know many, many people who are 'mixed' racially and from cultures whose ancestors committed atrocities against each other. It's all so weird.

Re: How to Manage a One-Person Sales Force

I found #6 and #9 most entertaining, particularly when you're a team of one. In a 'best-case-scenario' scenario, I would love a to have a team (or even an assistant) to delegate to and instill an "everyone-sells" culture in, but hey, that'll come. Until then, I'll really focus hard on #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8 and #10. :)

Re: Serena Williams Thinks Drug Tester Is Intruder, Locks Self in Panic Room

Yes. that's the whole idea with random drug testing. She's a professional athlete...that's what happens. The surprise in this case is her reaction. Well, it's a surprise unless Serena's doping and doesn't want to get caught. In that case, she'd better hide. Her muscular appearance has already raised more than one red flag...fleeing to a 'panic room' when the drug tester shows up will surely raise another one.

Re: Serena Williams Thinks Drug Tester Is Intruder, Locks Self in Panic Room

It wouldn't happen to me or you, unless you're a professional tennis player. Since Serena is a pro athlete, she's used to random drug tests. Her reaction smacks of avoidance...like really suspicious.

Re: Serena Williams Thinks Drug Tester Is Intruder, Locks Self in Panic Room

Professional athletes are randomly tested. Period. It could be anytime. So this IS completely normal for a pro tennis player. She's the one who freaked out for no apparent reason. Panic room? She needs to get a clue and stop doing drugs.

Re: Marco Rubio may have embellished family history - CSMonitor.com

You're sadly delusional, and a poor grammatist.
