I too am a wrongfully terminated airline employee and an advocate on workers rights and have first hand knowlege of the facts in OSHA's investigation. I do know that what this CEO says does not jive with public information. I also know that this company has gone outof thier way to destroy the lives of the victims and thier families, and violated criminal laws to do so.
Due process? Yes it is great we have it. Rather then letting the authorities investigate, like my company did, this company has used it stall the process to inflict further damage to the victims. These guys got sued for their do process. So how about the due process now? Still glad to have it?

Re: OSHA Orders Southern Air to Withdraw Lawsuit and Pay $7.9 Million to Whistleblowers | EHS Today | April 2009

Ouch!!! I just saw a great slam from CT Law tribune. One of the lawyers tells all about the rediculess accusations that Southern Air brought on these employees for going to OSHA. This is an outrage.

Re: OSHA Orders Southern Air to Withdraw Lawsuit and Pay $7.9 Million to Whistleblowers | EHS Today | April 2009

Appeal? What are they going to appeal? The fact that they did not file a retaliatory lawsuit? I hate to tell you Mr. Neff, but you have a lawsuit filed against ten whistleblowers none of which has been ruled on in your favor as you say. In fact every allegation you allege, is protected under federal and state laws. Would it be correct to say that you and your legal staff do not acknowledge the constitution of the United States.

I look forward to following this appeal. It will be interesting
