Hey! Been awhile indeed! I'm honestly not too sure if I remember much of that ha. Though I believe there were template edits for the submit buttons on the thread/posts list, were those missed perhaps?

Ah you're probably running rails 4 :) If you check the Troubleshooting tab you'll most likely need to switch your applicationcontroller.erb to what's listed there to switch it to the new method vs using attr_accessible.

Alternatively, you might be able to add this to your Gemfile to get around it(run bundle install after adding it):

gem 'protected_attributes'

Strange, it's like the simple_form gem isn't recnogized. I'm really not too sure, hopefully someone else can chime in on it :(

Maybe try running the simple form install again:

rails generate simple_form:install --bootstrap

Then restart your rails server and re-try it.

It does look like the simple_form_for update may be missing. Try this (notice the first line difference) and see if it works :)

It sounds like the "form_for" may not of been updated to "simple_form_for". May we please have the full _form.html.erb contents? It should look similar to this:

<%= simple_form_for(@pin, html: {class: "form-horizontal"}) do |f| %>
<%= f.error_notification %>
<%= f.input :description, as: :text, input_html: { rows: "3"} %>
<%= f.button :submit, class: "btn btn-primary" %>
<% end %>

You may need to start over and remove the scaffold and database by running these commands:

$ rails destroy scaffold Pins
$ rails console
$ ActiveRecord::Migration.drop_table(:pins)

Then go through the steps to re-create it. Remember doing this will remove all customizations if you've already been doing the other lessons past this one.

It's a typo :) Looks like a note has been placed in the Lecture Notes about it. The action should be "about" though because you don't really need to define an action (it's optional) it still works as normal.

Just finished watching the first episode, and what a great start! I like the idea of the controlled environment for the Fae. Really looking forward to see where the series goes, here's hoping it lasts longer than 1 season!

I wouldn't take the ad seriously, there is no *written* documentation that says the navigation controller has motion support or even that it is used anywhere in Sports Champions(I could be wrong on the last part, I didn't search very hard).

Check around 3:50. The guy asks about the navigation controller and the developer says it can either be used with one or two move controllers, but not the nav.
