Hi Adam, I worked out 6 days a week early in the morning and then did indoor spin classes a few days a week. About 6 months into my journey I went on a Keto diet and have remained on one since. My biggest tip would be to get to bed early and rise early in the morning with a plan.

I just reached out to Carolyn and got the scoop - opening in the historic Hotel Virginia at 2139 Kern St., next door to The Downtown Bistro and across the street from The Republican (formerly The Downtown Club). They look at a spring 2016 opening date: March or April.
