Wow! This an AMAZING strip. That third panel is awesome. I love the blur. And that last panel, with the maleveyeti's head about Oscar, and him not knowing it, that's sweet. And really, just the "camera" work in general is amazing. Can't wait to see how this finishes!

Yes, actually it IS a lightsaber. He had a double-pommel sword that was powered by "searing light".

John, I was also a missileer at FE Warren in the 2000's. I was a Peacekeeper guy from Feb 2000 to Jul 2003. I don't know that I ever met you, but I worked with your wife on scheduling software after I separated from the AF, when she was a scheduler for OSS. Tell her Mr. Biscuits says hello. Thanks for your article. It was well written and reflective.

I too am Roman Catholic, and what those nuns did was not Catholic. It was what that glaxovont did with his ridiculous comment. It was spitting in the face of those who provide your freedom. I don't believe that what they did was promote peace in the way the Catholic Church promotes it. To say that you were wrong to be a nuclear operator would be the same as saying you are wrong to have a concealed weapon permit. You have it to defend yourself and your family, but will never use it unless their safety is in jeopardy.

It's a tribute to John and all other military personnel that they are willing to defend the freedom of people like you. Your ignorance is only surpassed by your hatred. John spending four years training to partake in a life where he gave up his own freedom to defend ours was not dismissive - sitting on the sidelines and judging him is dismissive. The only thing absolutely disgusting is your attitude towards someone who chose to give up his own freedom and time to give you the right to share your disgust. To spit in the face of someone who provides you with the life you enjoy is the most despicable and treacherous act you could partake in. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are not courageous enough to be a hero or a true villain. Rather, you are the greatest villain of all - the one who watches the battle and only partakes when an opportunity arrives to backstab the hero.

I agree with skeptible, by the way. I think the ending was awesome! It's like he saw that bee trying to get him, looked up and saw the hive and said: "F 'em all". Of course, he did miss the hive, and the bee got him on the hand at the end, so the big guy lost after all.

She can't be like most horse people - despite being edgy and rude, she did let KC and BL in. Most horse people wouldn't even do that. TL should create an evil race called the "horse people".
