Standing there so stoically and so focused is very "Eric" of him :-)

I would have tried to make a run for it. That's probably a bad idea. I then would have tried to fight back. Also a bad idea.

I think I should have bear spray on me, all the time.

Re: The Bad Habits of Sweat

Way to overshare on the 'i'm not a sweaty person' comment ;-)

I know I, personally, sweat more when I have ingested a lot of crap foods - fatty foods, beer, etc. Sweat is my body's way of getting the crap out, and I feel like I sweat 10x more when I've been mistreating my stomach.

Better out than in, that's what I always say!!

Re: The Bad Habits of Sweat

Wushu makes me think of the Beijing Olympics...which makes me think of "what we're watching here is basically karate."

<3

Re: Learning vs “Debunking” (And How to Peek Over Your Wall)

I'm alarmed by how many people I can name in that second picture. I used to have back pain all the time like what you're describing - I just felt like my back was sore and cramped. When I started doing yoga, my back pain pretty much disappeared. It also helps me get back into alignment when my sciatica flares up. Saves me a couple hundred bucks by keeping me in work and avoiding the chiropractor. Can't complain about that!

Also, for the ladies out there, crossing your legs at your knees (as opposed to your ankles) is really bad for your spinal curvature. Crossing at the ankles sucks at first, but my lower back discomfort is all but gone now.

Re: Four Lies and One Martial Arts Fact…

Because Foxy Citrus isn't a traditional Russian name!! haha

I look far too Swedish-looking to be Russian.

Re: Four Lies and One Martial Arts Fact…

haha no I'm serious.

Re: Four Lies and One Martial Arts Fact…

Branden, you and Laura are welcome in our relationship as far as I'm concerned.
