As a recent guest on Dr. Phil who was informed of a breakup BY a Facebook relationship status change (which was already messed up), I think this is long overdue. I actually had to block her to prevent her from showing up on my homepage.

Thanks for listening Facebook! It clearly states it is a solicitation and if you're half literate, you can safely assume that:
-they want your money, first (As with any business)
-you probably wont win anything significant, and
-you'll have to pay taxes on the getaway trip

All that said, it STILL sounds like a great deal. I've done a few of these timeshare giveaways and I'll keep doing them...I love travelling an have no qualms about saying "no." Just say no during the presentation and enjoy your ALMOST free getaway. What's the problem?

Re: 5 Ways Facebook Changed Dating (For the Worse)

Make sure all of you check out my feature on Dr. Phil this Friday 4/16/2010 as we talk about Facebook Dating! I have met hundreds of women via social networking sites and put my lessons learned into 3 books...the latest entitled, "The Facebook Datebook for Men!" Check it out: http://www.facebookdatebook...

On that note, Facebook CAN be used as an effective dating tool IF one knows how to leverage it!!!

Flyness

Re: 5 Ways Facebook Changed Dating (For the Worse)

This is the story of my life. I met my ex through Facebook. (I've meet hundreds of women online already), and ironically, she broke up with with me THROUGH facebook! Ironically I wouldn't even know until I saw messages from my friends. Tisk tisk. Anyway, I learned a lot and actually wrote a book called, "The Facebook Datebook for Men". In the meantime, tune into DR. PHIL on 4/16/2010 as I talk about my "Facebook Hookup" Experiences ;-)

Flyness

Re: Video: Fat Joe Gets Booed During Concert In Bronx

Wasn't that serious. In my experiences, the females with the best "whip appeal" are those who are on the crazy side. The slightly strange women. When you think about it, this makes sense. Those who are slightly "out of touch" when it comes to society are more IN touch with themselves.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...the best I've ever had was from a female who used to be in a mental hospital (I found this out later). Whip appeal like a mutha though. I've met online (hundreds of times) and got broken up WITH online and wrote INSTRUCTIONAL GUIDES to it: http://www.MySpaceToMyPlace... (Sorry).

Even after a breakup, I occasionally receive emails from my ex's...most recently an ex sent me an invitation to her WEDDING.
