Picking Lowell last winter was no stretch.
Lowell and Central split during the season.
Then Central won the Rubber Game match in the North final 55-53.
You were within a hoop of the correct call.

As for Everett, they still have plenty to prove.

Mike Muldoon's column had legitimate points.
But don't apologize for EJ Perry.

EJ Perry was suspended by Salem's AD for his behavior in the Christmas Tourney.
Mike reported EJ did not coach the 3rd game of Tourney because he was sick.
Uh Uh.
Don't play both sides of the fence.

Lexington is notorious for milking this format. They rarely if ever schedule games outside their league against any quality teams. My favorite thing is watching them rout a low seed at home first round each year, then fall apart against a quality opponent.
Last year's beating that Lowell inflicted on them was wonderful. Here's rooting for anyone except Lexington and that pompous coach Bob Farias.

Hopefully we see Andover give them a game. Central is tremendous and plays with class. There is no nonsense.
Andover almost beat Central twice during. I saw one of the games and all the big guns played for both teams. Wouldn't be surprised if Andover gets them one time out of the three (or four) they play. Either way, be nice for an MVC team to win it all again.
