Glad you enjoyed the article. To answer your question. It takes time to build up a readership. Like anything really, when you build from scratch it takes a while to gain momentum. The great part is when you publish on the Appstore, they have a starving crowd of traffic. So if what you are providing is of value, and helps people solve a problem, traffic shouldn't be an issue. I did a lot of inbound marketing (marketing within the appstore) as I felt this was the 'lowest hanging fruit' given my time circumstances with a full time job. You will also be surprised when you pitch influencers, they are more than happy to be on a front cover of a magazine, especially if you show only 1 or 2 covers that look amazing, there is generally no questions asked! Hope this answers your question!

Most of the Foundr branded articles are created in Indesign CS6, however we also use an application on iOS called 'WordSwag' which we highly recommend too!

Not a naive question at all! Don't look by hashtag search, look at what your current followers are following and engaging with. You can bet that your accounts niche has quite a few influencers that they are following!
