You are so right! And, why? Why won't the cyclists smile at the friendly runners? Maybe they are too busy concentrating on keeping their balance? Dunno.

Yup -- the abs. That was the big shocker to me when I started the push up challenge. I had no idea my whole core would be so sore!

Good luck on the 20-miler! I admire anyone who runs that far, especially starting at 4am. Wow.

Very cool! I ran the Freihofer's Run for Women 5k in May (Albany, NY) and there was a finisher who was 97! She pretty much walked the route, unlike the woman in your video. But, still. She was out there doing it!

Those ladies are inspirational, huh?
