For me it is the other way around, I mean I don't like to include PLS RT in my tweets, but I usually rush on re-tweeting those tweets with PLS RT added to it. People tend to answer help calls. Dan Zarella researched this and concluded that it is more likely for your tweet to get tweeted if you added it :)

The video is nice but very slow, I barely pushed myself to watch it to the end.

But hey, chrome is a much superior browser, I love how fast and simple it is! That is Google! I am already sold! Can't wait for their OS :)

It has just now occurred to me that social media effect is more important in terms of human life documentation than its effect on media itself. Yes, there has been a major impact on traditional media in different aspects, mostly the way traditional media collect and distribute news, but this is en evolutionary process that affects every industry with new inventions. On the other hand, people has always been talking to each other offline, and we have never been able to document that, now we ARE! We are listening to and documenting the daily details of the man of the 21th century! That is really something :)

Is the option of knowing who visited your profile for only paid subscription? I am asking this because I have noticed it the other day. I don't have a paid account, but noticed that they show people who visited my profile in a side pane, they don't mention the names of the people but the industry they work in. Is that different than what you are saying? I didn't like it, but didn't mind either.

It is a complex situation, I really wonder who is going to end up gaining from this. I mean for News Corp to be out of sight from Google would open the door for other news outlets to shine and gain ground, on the other hand, News Corp is a huge conglomerate, it can make a difference in the search engine war! I, myself, would use Bing instead of Google to read their news.

hey man, it is good to see you here. It is impressive that you have that much of your tweets and you only got 25% less RT's! but thinking about it, it is actually less RTs! and maybe you didn't add the factor of your increased twitter followers?

For me, I still can't derive a real pattern, sometimes I get lucky sometimes not! Maybe it has to do with the timing but not sure how much weight is there behind it. I guess that it is best thing to follow your second advice, concentrate on the quality of your tweets and build a good reputation :)
