How can a lawyer accuse the government of fabricating evidence without showing any substantiated facts to support his claims. Either he is lying, just to put up a defence, or he is deranged. In both cases, I think he has no grounds to carrying on professionally and thus should be debarred from the bench taking into consideration his unethical behaviour.

Frankly, only in India will a lawyer lie to a court and get away with. What this lawyer implies is that the police fabricated evidence, he however offers no substantial facts to support his theory. In fact he himself is lying if he cant come up with any proof of this conspiracy. Thus, if his accusations are false and without any evidence, he should be debarred from the courts since he is lying in court and simply making a laughing stock of the Indian Justice system. Secondly, what was a pakistani village boy doing in Mumbai without a passport nor his country showing any support for him. In fact Pakistan has totally denied his existence.

However a lawyer cannot knowingly lie to the court, he cannot make a false statement without any proof to the contrary. Frankly, a lawyer is not supposed to be a liar.Thats why one takes an oath of truth in a court.
