No thinking person or lawyer gives up their rights willingly. Would you?

If you got accused of walking around your house naked and the cops said they had witnesses that saw you, would you tell your lawyer to allow the witnesses? Most people would say there was no crime therefore block any attempt to even get to trial. Sheesh some people!

Old timers remember IG as Jane. I think she thought she would have more credibility by passively allowing users to believe she was a male, which may have some validity.

When she was recently questioned about whether she was the former Jane, she blew a gasket and went off the deep end. She now claims that Newser moderators outed her former identity.

I thought this was a great post! As a newbie to the world of photography I really appreciate someone such as yourself who is willing to share their thoughts. I really wish the feedback you got via social networks was more honest. I think constructive criticism helps you grow much more than any "good shot" will. Squirrels love peanuts and I love taking pictures of squirrels so I bring the squirrels some when I go to the park and they in turn let me get really close and take pictures. As you can see this relationship works out quite nicely. :-)

He/she is a cutie, I agree! I'm not too familiar with bunnies at all so I looked it up. From the small amount I read one ear doing this is not uncommon at all and can happen for a number of reasons - none of which are all that serious. He/she is certainly easy to spot!

Very well said, I agree! I stand behind independent artists, music labels, and the small independent music stores like FiXT that support those artists and labels. Whatever is good for you guys is what matters to me. Screw the big guys! It's time to subvert the dominant paradigm. Staying the course is no longer an option.

I'm currently reading Pink Ribbons, Inc. I highly recommend it for anyone who's interested in this troubling issue. I've seen some of the trailers for Pink Ribbons, Inc. and I'm very much looking forward to seeing it when/if it comes to the states. In addition to that book I also recommend "Pink Ribbon Blues" by Gayle Sulik.
