That is a better, more general approach to the logic. Of course, points systems are supposed to ignore actual DPS increase statistics and assume that if it's not much of an upgrade, people are willing to spend less points on it.

Re: Everything is a Hunter Weapon

If a rogue is allowed to roll on a ranged weapon along with hunters, then a hunter should be allowed to do the same to druids. In my guild, raiding mains can jump the queue over an off-set, alt, or bench-warmer, but as long as our raiding main rogues let the hunters get the ranged weapons first, we let the raiding main druids get their sticks before us :)

Re: Oversharing

This post is made of win :)

Re: Deterrence in ICC

I haven't been able to FD out of a Vile Gas on Fester yet- how does that work? Built in 100% margin on most servers if you&#039re willing to do the work. Go a step farther- use the rare inks to make runescrolls of fortitude, and the common inks to make weapon and armor vellums. Also, trade common inks for older inks in dalaran at the ink trader (in the inscription trainer building)- some of those old inks will sell in singles for more than the ink you traded for them.

Re: My Favorite Macros

I'm fairly sure that once kill shot was given a global cooldown, the macros that contain it and another GCD inducing shot (like steady) stopped working. The way I understand it now, the first GCD ability in a macro is what gets used, as well as any instants, and if it's off cooldown, the second GCD shot does not get used. Steady shot is a shorter cast than the GCD, and instants are instant. Since I always have something to do every global cooldown, I ensure that I press the buttons exactly 1.5 seconds apart. Rarely, if my client lags, I'm not able to get a command out exactly 1.5 seconds after the last one, but my network latency will not affect that.

When I test on a dummy in a high framerate environment, all of my shots are 1.5 seconds apart.
