So many lives were affected from this unfortunate stop. Hopefully all who followed the story will learn from both sides how important it is to, respect each other, and to be able to think outside the box.

O.k...so I have to go through extensive background checks to scrutinize my nerdy life and history, with years of volunteer work and education......and I MAY NOT MAKE it in the police services......yet this guy with over half his life spent BREAKING the law...gets to serve it?????

I can't imagine this happening in Canada........could it be possible????

Yikes!!......if this is where they're looking now for new recruits......

I agree with you SpartanCops

Maybe Mack was more referring to those bloggers who write nonsense, and disguise themselves behind the words "I am a cop". There are some outrageous postings out there by those that are supposedly sworn to serve and protect. There is a definite difference between types of content certainly, and I don't think your blogs have anyone wondering.

To those that write the drivel, it would be nice to know where they're from, who they 'belong' to, so at the least, maybe they can get reported. <oops>....did I say that out loud......?
