I notice children and what they do much more now that we are expecting baby #1. The other day I was at a coffee shop and watched a little boy order some hot chocolate. He said to the barista:
"I'd like some warm chocolate...not too hot."
"Okay," said the barista
The little boy takes a sip and loves it. Then instantly his face freezes and he turns to his mom, "MOM! IS THIS GOOD FOR MY BODY??"
"Sometimes," she said. "You can have it once in awhile."
"Oh good! Then I really like it."

Kids are adorable!

No joke, this is my real Disqus name. I am a EP junkie! I have owned the domain emilyposts.com for years. It's a sick obsession. When I found out we were having a boy I squealed over the thought of him opening doors, knowing how to properly set a table and writing the most adorable little boy thank yous to friends and family. I would LOVE to have these books for him to have throughout his life. Money can buy a lot of things, but even broke mamas can raise kiddos with great manners!!!
