Okay...This is a bit weird, BUT...
DeNiro was in Stardust with Michelle Pfeiffer, who was in Hairspray with Amanda Bynes, who was in Big Fat Liar with Frankie Muniz, who was in Agent Cody Banks with Hilary Duff, who was in CASPER MEETS WENDY (oh, I went there) with Pauly Shore.
Damn. I am so hardcore.

EDIT: It should be noted that this is probably not the shortest route, it's just that I only know one movie with Pauly Shore.
