But who knows whether or not it will influence them to smoke pot? In my eyes the only mistake that Phelps made was letting his picture be taken in the vicinity of a bong. What he (or anyone else) does in their free time shouldn't matter!</p><p>Here in Michigan, we just passed the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act, which allows people with certain illnesses and disabilities to not only smoke pot but carry up to 2.5 ounces at any time and to grow up to 12 plants somewhere that only they or their caretaker has keys.
