Cheap ($9) burgers at Peter Lugers. Bahn Mi at Hanco's are a good deal. A delicious &amp; filling dinner at Zaytoon's will never set you back more than $10. And an assortment of fabulous little cookies from One Girl are a splurge at 75 cents each, but we all need a treat now and then.
