Cindy, the times vary from day to day. The website http://www.bektashshriners.org lists most days starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 7 p.m., but I would check the site to see what day works the best.

You're right, Lynn! Another reader pointed us to the error right after the issue was available on newsstands. Whenever an error is pointed out we immediately correct it (when possible) online.

Thanks for helping to add to our list of resources! I'm sure there are many other excellent studious throughout New Hampshire. *Update: I've added the Yoga Sanctuary. If anyone else has recommendations we'd be happy to consider them for our growing list of resources.

It is certainly true that many excellent dentists do not appear on these lists, but it's equally true that all the dentists here are also excellent and are voted on or nominated by their peers. Up until 2009- when it became just too big for us to accurately handle - we polled dentists. For 2010 and 2011 we commissioned a professional polling firm that is used throughout the country. If you're curious about their method you can click heret to read all about it.

Also, if you know a dentist you consider "tops" please let us know! We're always interested in hearing about those who go above and beyond. A letter to the editor is another good way to get the word out! You can email those to editor@nh.com.

Judy, just follow the link to the Celebrity Pet Contest - it's the same link to submit or to vote. If you're a new user you'll have to register to vote, but it's easy. Just click here to go to the contest, then click the Registration tab. After you've done that, click the Vote for a Photo tab. Once there you can click through the pictures until you find the entry you want to vote for.

My apologies to all loyal newt hunters for failing to hide any newts in the April issue. In May we'll attempt to rectify the situation by awarding two newt prizes. Typically we randomly choose one newt hunter to receive the prize, but for the May issue we'll choose two correct entries.

Glad to hear it! Until we started working on this story, I had no idea there was a local place where you can try curling. It's my winter goal to at least watch it played live.
