As a small business owner myself, I thought it was very informative. The host really stuck Sterling with some difficult questions and I feel he did a good job in answering them. I was also interested in how the host broke down Sterling's blog into looking at it as a "lead generator" vs. a "sales closer".</p><p>On a technical note, I agree that Sterling's volume level was a little low.
