Our signal was aweful through the relay. I had no idea what was happening! On the last fifty it suddenly came back. Awesome finish, WOW!

What good are spare buddies if they're at home? Sounds like you need a life jacket for that poor buddy, I hope it is recovering well. You're a good mom for diving in after it and quickly performing CPR, it would have been a tragedy to lose a buddy to such a fate!

Ahh...reminds me of a time I went for an oil change and came home with fresh transmission fluid. Oops....it wouldn't have been so bad had they had a clue what kind of transmission fluid a Subaru needed....2 hours later....anyways, I feel your pain, and I didn't have two kids in tow.
