It should as i am using it myslef with 1.55
Try renaming it to zzz_DofD.FasterRefill and report back after that.
If it works then, another mod you are using is modifying GCPLAYERGLOBALS.GLOBAL

Makes seens to me
Once i nearly run over a guy with my car because he was so busy texting
So why not, i mean they bring themself and other people in danger..
