Seems that commenting four times in an hour about a band and their fans you clearly don't like might suggest that I may have had more fun if, instead of being you, I had indeed had my head under a brick for 20 years. But in reply to your question, no, I have not had my head under a brick. I was off my eyeballs to the Roses in the early 90s and then waited roughly ten years and did the same to Kasabian. Try it. You might even smile.

Re: Kasabian - The official video for Kasabian’s new single,...

OK, the video's crap, but these make music, not movies. And the music they make is increasingly top notch, with the exception of Vlad, which is terrible. Just terrible. But the reworked Fire sounds a far cry from their looped drum beat days of Club Foot. Don't get me wrong, that debut is arguably up there with the greatest debuts this century and is, I strongly feel, massively underrated. But their 'proper' lead off single this time around is much more mature, with a more collected rhythm and 'sexy' vocals that suggest that Kasabian just keep getting better and better at what they do. Great job. Welcome back the most exciting band since the Stone Roses.
