thanks for all the feedback everybody! It has gotten a bit better with some sleep aids. But generally I have decided to excersize a wee bit more and partake in substances a wee bit less. It has generally been working.

well "technically" Adam Lambert kicks ass and has already won the show as far I'm concerned. His version is different from both Gary Jules and Tears for Fears, and yeah... it is very Adam Lambert-ey, but that's what I love. He has a definite style of music, and that sets him far and beyond all the other idols this year IMHO.

Whats that Vallejo bands name? I love to hear it.
