But I like to take almond butter and mix in a squirt of agave nectar, stir well and then slice 1-2 bananas into it. YUM!! Sometimes I even sprinkle on some raisins...

The only nut butter I've ever had (raw) is almond. I couldn't believe all those flavors you were reading!

Thanks Phillip,
Debbie *Ü*

Re: W&K Select Portland as New Pure Jeevan Home, Head South for Further Adventures

This has been a lot of fun following along with your trip - what an adventure!

I know I sound like a broken record - but we've lived several different places in the US and find the beautiful Pacific Northwest is where our hearts are! I am so happy for you ~ cured from lyme - I am all smiles!

Something that I have found SO beneficial to me the past 2 months has been massage therapy. My current therapist is my third and she's a gifted healer. She is breaking up adhesions on my muscles and such and really giving me a lot of relief. She said it was like glue in there.

This isn't a feel good spa massage - this is actually DOING something and HEALING. I add a young Thai coconut (which I find "Best" brand at our local Asian market for $11.35 a case of 9! So much cheaper than the grocery store at $2.58 each), organic greens, spinach, mixed spring mix (last 2 organic from Costco), an orange, pineapple, banana and powdered greens & spirulina. Whooh - that's my power house for the day.

I'm trying to get into the habit of juicing daily as well, so more of the same above, I like to add a chunk of ginger, stalks from asparagus or broccoli... And I like to have a dehydrated garden 'burger' or two with my juice.

Then for dinner, I typically have some kind of salad, not a lettuce salad though. I enjoy Wendi's Cauli salad from 2 weeks or so ago, broccoli salad, Waldorf salad, etc.

I made Ani Phyo's "Dolmas" twice last week using a collard green leaf.
