As far as I can tell, the Mem & Art defines the general meetings, while leaving it to the byelaws to differentiate them.

There is also a difference between a members' meeting (required by the relevant Companies Acts) and general meetings (M&A 14.1, 14.3)

4. Types of General Meeting
a. Union General Meeting
b. Annual General Meeting
c. Extraordinary General Meeting

5. A General Meeting shall be convened by the General Secretary and held weekly during term time in Michaelmas and Lent Terms, and at least once in summer Term.

This is taken from the Byelaws currently on the website, dated Feb 2010.

If these Byelaws have been superseded, LSESU should publish the current version.

Not so. Article 17 (Length of notice) specifically states that the 14 days unless agreed by 95% of eligible voters applies to all general meetings.

Aye, what Paul said.

You'll probably have a subfolder called AVX_HKG_LNS1_2f_AVXEUR, then a further subfolder underneath that representing the db file path on the offending server. Delete that, and see how you go.

If that doesn't work, delete every subfolder representing a server.

Nuclear option is deleting everything under workspace, which isn't fun if you have a lot of sidebar stuff.

We used to have an agent in a customer timesheet app (actually, it's possibly still there, despite being written on Domino 5 for Excel 2000) that dumped out all non-chargeable time into categories (training, leave, tube strikes) using .With and VBA, which I guess is the sort of thing you're talking about. This had to be run from the client, since it needed user input regarding where to put the file and so on (hearty use made of Andre Girard's (sp) API calls on that one).

Despite lots of ZZZ123 sort of stuff, there was no problem.

We did a similar thing for dumping out a NAB to a Wÿrd doc, with no probs for postcodes, diacritics in non-Anglo names, etc. I guess MS can't release a new version of Office unless they break something.

Steve, you are absolutely bang-on re: canon law. However, you're wrong on this one. Part of BandyDick's move, in a blow aimed at killing ecumenism stone dead, is that priests (or "Proddy vicars") who move over, and whose congregations move over, stay married, with fully enjoyment of the conjugals and full rights to continue to administer the sacraments to said flock..

In essence, Ratzinger the former Hitlerjugend wants to take things back hundreds of years.

Do you paint from a photograph, because he doesn't look like the sort of chap to stay still long enough, otherwise? Also, what are you using to get it from easel to website - it looks to square on to be a hand held camera.
