Having experienced some of the riders described in the passage ( the usual 1% that gives the 99% a bad name ) I find your head-in-the-sand denial of their existance somewhat concerning. :-(

Given the British weather... the ability to wear just a shirt is a bit limited ( I don't 'do' armwarmers ). Any chance of a T-Shirt version, with may-be a blue Cycle-Lane sign for clarification?

The things that get my attention are badly set up brakes - usually not connected Vs, QRs used as 'wingnuts' and ineffective lights./reflectors...
