As I was ordering flowers from Proflowers for my wife for valentine's day, it informed me that I qualified for free shipping and to hit the "Free Shipping" button (clever, no?) at the end of the order. When I got there, it was actually a credit IF I ordered a subscription service for discount from my favorite e-tailers (how do they know where I shop?) Feeling cheated but needing the flowers, I declined and paid the shipping. I then logged onto the BBB site, entered my complaint. I got an auto reply that my complaint was being forwarded to the San Diego office. Next day I got an email fromthe San Diego office telling me that a letter had been sent out and that 2 more would be sent in the next month. They said they couldn't guarantee anything, and I'm not lulled into a sense of false optimism, but at least their auto-systems seem well oiled. I'll keep you informed of any progress</p>
