Nonsense, not for people with a modicum of intellect (or integrity) theft is when you take something from someone else and deprive them of that thing. Making a copy isn't taking anything, its making a copy, and they are free to try and sell their original copy.

This is not sophistry, this is basic fact - that the amoral industries then try and claim they have been robbed is like you saying your boss stole your money because he didn't give you a raise. And in this case, as people who aren't blind can see from your tablet, the amoral industries has already made sick twisted grotesque amounts of money based on their dubious creations and the amoral copyright laws.

Copyright is one of the most wrong and sick concepts invented in the last century, and as more and more people realized that its demise is draws ever nearer. Politicians can only ignore the will of the people and cater to greedy companies wishes for so long.

Its a good postulate, which of course you can't prove.
What has been proven though is that people have a FINITE BUDGET - so even if you found some way to prevent piracy it doesn't mean you'll actually get money for your stuff, not if it was crap to begin with.

Kom nu for helvede folkens, lær at encode mp4 filerne ordentlig, så de ikke hakker på boxee (og inden i siger det er boxee's skyld: Alle andre websites kan finde ud af det) - måske er det fordi de andre bruge freeware encodere som ffmpeg til at gøre det ikke har problemer?

Food doesn't. If you are eating it, you may not starve, but it depends on what it is. If you solely eat rabbit you would still die (because you'd lack certain minerals), of course you could claim you didn't die from starvation.
