Maybe there is this "anger" at women leaders because of women like Hillary, Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren, etc.. who we all look at and shake our heads in disgust.

Listening to Evie just brought a huge smile to my face and I couldn't help but think that maybe she is exercising her vocal chords. I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts that she starts talking at an early age and says her first "dada and mama" before she hits the one year mark. I can't wait to see all of you (especially Evie) in a couple of weeks.

Mucho Vegetariano! I myself am an omnivore and eat anything that looks tasty. I was supposed to have a pork roast with onions, lime and bay leaves but somebody forgot to program the stove correctly. (uh, oh!) So...in the blink of the eye I whipped up some basmati rice (rinsed three times like Azita taught me) with sliced cherry tomatoes thrown in for color and texture and I topped that with a mashed blackbean/kilbasa sausage topping that had a dash of hot sauce (of course) to give it a bold, explode in your mouth effect. I toasted some tortillas to push everything around with and also licked my plate clean.....Mmm, Mmm, good. Topped that off with some of Grandma Doris's recipe pecan (pronounced Pee-Kan) pie and it was snooze city fo yo daddy. The Cardinals did beat the 49'ers but just barely. It was a close game. Dark Hair?

You are starting to look more like the Indian side of the family with that dark hair. Some brown eyed contacts would complete the effect. Wish I was there to give you and Brent a big old hug and make you some of my "from scratch" home-made spaghetti to go with that bottle of red.

Finding joy....... Such a simple concept. It warms my heart and fills me with joy to know this concept is a daily part of your life. Counting your blessings is so much better for you than whining and compalining about all of the negative things in your life..
Waking up...feeding and dressing yourself...having a job and a purpose...these are all blessings and joys. Finding joy everday in the simple things.

Keep it up my darling and you will find peace and harmony walking hand in hand with joy.
