Mike, I really appreciate your accepting and loving attitude. I think of those liberal Christians as more open, loving and healthier. I think of fundamentalists as more rigid, judgmental and smug about their belief that they are superior to anybody else in their views. I'm much more comfortable around someone who knows what she/he believes and is willing to listen to and consider differing views. It kind of scares me when someone is not willing to believe that they could possibly be wrong or that someone else may have an equally valid point of view.

And maybe even leave a space between comas and the next work. Same for periods and the next sentence. Besides, it wasn't funny at all. Poor dog! I feel sorry for the officers involved.

OK! At first I tried just "Dad" but it said that user name was already taken so I added the 1939 to Dad and it worked.

Huh, that didn't go so well. I commented and then clicked on "Verify" and when I clicked on the little "face to the right of "Post" the view of your blog changed and when I hit the "back" key nothing happened so I closed the window. Probably that entry won't show up. This time I'm going to click on "Verify" and then click on "Post" even though it's labeled (unverified).
