Although in a way, that was your problem, because you can look back and say, "I should have.". However, you problem (and it is the problem most young women have), is you wanted to marry who you could date, and you turned down guys you could marry. The fact is, with an occasional exception, men date down (down = less desirable) for sex, but they don't marry down.

However, you like most everyone want the best you can do. Therefore, you would turn down guys less desirable than some guy you could date. That goes on for years until finally you have had enough of going nowhere sexual relationships and decide I am just going to marry someone that ask.

It is a crime only because the state says it is, but she did no wrong. She made them, other people were not involved and didn't even know about them, so she had every right to kill them. It is no different than if she had taken a block of wood, spent weeks carving it into the shape of a baby, then tossing it into the fireplace. It others had been involved, it would be different.

At his age, I don't know why Snowden would want to leave a free country and return to a police state with very few freedoms. How things have changed in the last 40 years. In the 1970s the USA was basically a free country and the USSR was a police state with even fewer freedoms.
Now things have almost reversed. Russia is now a free country but not as free as the USA was 40 years ago. And, now the USA is a police state with very freedoms but still, at this time, more freedom that the USSR at that time.

Regardless, Snowden is a hero. He didn't still anything. He just copied documents that are the peoples property and made them available to the public. He did what every law abiding citizen should do. He reported crimes of government criminals. In a free country, nothing should be classified except weapon systems, troop movement during a war, and other strictly military secrets that does not hide crimes except during a declared war or during a battle and short time after.

Very true. Russia with Putin is not the old USSR. Russia is very much like the USA was years ago and the USA is close to being like the USSR was. The USA is not there yet but they are fast approaching it.

Although most people believe and support the police regardless of their actions, one thing I noticed is the number of comments that are basically critical of and/or disbelieving of the police. That would have been extremely rare 20 or more years ago. Apparently all the stories and videos of police misconduct that is never punished, including killing innocent men women and children is having an effect.

If this trend continues then most people will no longer trust or believe the police and justified distrust of the police is not a good thing for our society. Hopefully, the authorities will realize this and take corrective action before it is too late.

I take what I read in the media with a grain of salt. Three times I was directly involved in providing information for news stories. Each news story had minor mistakes. It seems reporters are more interested in writing articles than verifying that the article is accurate. Those were just honest mistakes. However, when reporting about the police the media, like in this story, just print the self-serving statements the police say. That is, they tell whatever lies makes them appear good.

Certainly I don't believe the police version of this story. Frein doesn't appear and there is nothing in his history that I am aware of that indicates he is a cold blooded killer. Therefore, I don't know if he shot the cops or not and, if he did, I suspect he feared for his life or safety. No doubt the cops made aggressive moves and had guns. That is just two common justifications for police to shoot people. And, if that is justification for police then it is justification for citizens.

Certainly that are basically good people that are policemen. However, the system has, in recent years, become so corrupt that except for mundane things it is best not to call the police, For example, if you report a burglary in action in your home you are putting your life at risk because likely the police will be agitated and shoot first rather than talking to get the facts.

Also, I don't like Bo Ri's character. Even if her reasons are good or at least understandable, she often lies and about Bi Dan she is very selfish. True that she loves Bi Dan. However, it is her interest and not the best interest of Bi Dan that she is mostly concerned about. She will do anything to own Bi Dan regardless if that is best for Bi Dan.
And, I hate that she is so forgiving of the woman that abused her for 20 years and not at all forgiving to her real mother.

Obviously short of using something like frozen CO2 that goes from a solid to a gas, ice provides the greatest cooling capacity per volume. If you don't want it to dilute the whiskey, enclose in plastic or, if you don't want it to float, enclose in hollow steel cubes. The cubes will permit expansion without exceeding the yield point.

Per volume, that will be perhaps ten times more effective that stones or steel balls and after use just refreeze.

First, there is no way that the US Government would allow Snowden to have a fair trial with an unbiased judge and a fairly selected jury and allow him to present evidence in his defense. That is because if they did, Snowden would be found innocent.

I don't know if Snowden is sharing secrets with Russia or not but I would not blame him if he does because it would be the fault of the USA. Certainly, nothing Snowden can share with Russia will harm the USA other than the embarrassment of exposing their crimes.
If anything Snowden can share with Russia could cause real harm to the USA, he would have been pardoned so he would be free to return to the USA.

Unless, there are rapid advances in technology that allows fewer productive citizens to support a higher and higher percentage of the non-productive, there will have to non-payment, payment with inflated dollars that will not buy near as much as promised, or else it is be necessary to make huge cuts in the gravy.

Is it any wonder that so many manufacturing jobs have gone overseas. They lie and blame it on lower wages and, although that is a factor, it is not the reason since the difference in wages is less than the cost of shipping and importing. The REAL reason is the laws, including so called equal pay, that makes manufacturing is the USA too expensive.

Already women are paid more than men for the same work. The military is a prime example. If women don't have to go into combat the men shouldn't be required. If women get a certain number of days for maternity leave the men should receive the same and if the women don't have to carry 80 lb packs, the men shouldn't. And, the men should not be required to have higher physical standards such as the number of pushups or time for running a mile.

And, in construction and unpleasant and dangerous jobs, the men should be limited to what women will do. For example, if women don't pick up 90 lb sacks of cement, the men shouldn't. If the women won't work in high steel or in the mud in freezing rain in the middle of winter, the men shouldn't.

Fashion models are considered hot and have the characteristics of good looks. That is, (1) bilateral symmetry, (2) small (0.7) waist-to-hip ratio, (3) smooth skin, (4) youthful appearance, and (5) big eyes. However, there is not a fashion model alive that could compete with any of these women. Nor could any of these women be fashion models. The body types are different.

These women do have bilateral symmetry and smooth skin. They may have big eyes and several have a youthful appearance. However, they don't have small waist to hip ratios although a couple do approach it.

Certainly they have enough of the characterizes of beauty to rank in the top 1/3rd of all women in their age group. However, they would not be considered by most men to be in the top 5% which may be a requirement to be considered hot.
