They are really rich, so I usually cut them into smaller squares. Some people like them when the chocolate and caramel in the middle is gooey, but I love the way they taste right out of the fridge. The chocolate and caramel, combined with the oatmeal, is a great combination, and it's a great way to make not-so-boring brownies.

Re: Buckeyes

These look really cute with the peanut butter popping out of the top. A few things to note with this recipe:
- I needed at least 2 (12-ounce) bags of white chocolate chips to cover the cake balls.
- This recipe made about 50 for me. I found that when I made the cake balls smaller, they stayed together better.
- Keep them in the freezer right until you are about to dip them. Take out a few at a time to do so, so that they don't fall apart in the melted chocolate.
- You can do a lot of variations with this recipe. I like chocolate cake dipped in white chocolate best, but I also did a yellow cake ball dipped in milk chocolate, and a chocolate cake ball dipped in melted peanut butter chips. The possibilities are endless!

Re: Ginger Crinkles

When I baked these, everyone loved them -- I can see why they were a cook-off winner! This recipe made about 30 cookies for me. I took these out of the oven earlier, around 8-9 minutes. They flatten out and crinkle nicely. They are like a crispy gingersnap cookie, they are not chewy.

Re: Chocolate Chip Reese’s Cup Cookies

These cookies are so cute. You will definitely get comments on them! This recipe made about 64 cookies for me. You'll need 2 (12-ounce) bags of Reese's cups for this. (The first time I made them, I had to go back to the store to get another bag.) When you put the PB cup in the cookie, you'll have to wait a while until the cookies are cool before removing them from the pan -- the PB cups start melting the second you put them in the cookie, and if you dump the tray over, the chocolate from the PB cup starts running outside the cookie.

Re: Buttermilk Coffee Cake

I baked this at 350 degrees for less than 25 minutes. I think next time I would bake it for a little less time, I think it might have dried out a little too much. I also didn't use nuts in mine.

Re: Marble Squares

These are really good. They aren't that thick, so it's more like a cookie than a brownie. I put mine in the fridge and it hardened the chocolate up so it tasted more like candy.

Re: Simple Magic Cookie Bars

I took these out of the oven early, at 18 minutes, since the coconut was getting a little too brown. I used mini M&Ms in place of the chocolate chips for a little color. I also melted butterscotch chips and drizzled it over the top. There are so many variations that can be made with this recipe!

Re: Fudge Brownies

These are so fudgy! Lots of from-scratch brownies I've made have been too cake-like, but these are a great consistency, and they're thick, too. This recipe is a keeper!
