I am striving toward no grass, and have very little plantable space left. A great number of perennial flowers and herbs and I have herbs on the deck in built in planters, and raspberry bushes that yielded an awesome crop for jam last summer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Blueberries! I have picked pounds of them in the last year and almost bought a bush- yes, blueberries and tomatoes! Fennel is good too. And zucchini.
