While drinking when your body signals thirst does negate dehydration, constantly comsuming water doesn't. Just like eating constantly doesn't cancel out starvation. The "advice" given by the E.U is directed at protecting the consumer from misleading adverts.

I have heard this viewpoint before, I understand and have some simpathy for it. The problem is that the world is a changing and evolving place my friend, your ideas should change and evolve along with it. Holding on to an ancient (although admiral) document may be as counterproductive as religiously following one form of socialism, capitalism, fuelism or whatever.

Saying that this country is this or that doesn't make it so. You live within a finate space with other people who see things differently. You need solutions and I dont think your Constatutional Republic ideals will cut it.... in this humble observers opinion.

They will be in for a shock, our social security system is generous but it is not nearly as good as Gaddafi's.

I feel sorry for the women of Libya who enjoyed vast rights under the old system only to wake up to the reality of Sharia Law.

You have to scratch around for it but after a while you pick up on who to trust. I recomend Information Clearing House, Franklin Lamb, Webster Tarpley for a start.

Another thing I do is put a search in for Libya on google news every morning but instead of typing "Libya", I will punch in "brega", or "Hifter" or any other related word. Remember google is heavily sensored if you just type in "libya" you will just get the same load of crap by the same hacks. Using this technique I have been able to constantly get all the major developments 48 hours before the mainstream. Dont hold your breath for the Misrata story any time soon, the western media only reports rebel gains.

These people are all armed because at the start of this fiasco Ghadaffi orderd the arms stores to be opened. In Trippoli they have day training couses so that the citizens can learn how to fire thier new AK-47 or take out a tank with their alocated RPG.

Why would a hated dictator do that?
Why would the well armed public not turn on him?
Why after six months of bobardment by the greatest navey and airforce in the world has there been no progress.

And why do you still believe the media, all they do is lie and lie and lie... how the hell can you fall for it?

Wake up my friend, you may not like Ghadafi but its not up to you and its not up to NATO or Sky News or the BBC or anyone else.

A press conference was held yesterday by tribal leaders of up to 200 Libyan tribes. This includes the leaders of four of the largest Libyan tribes which make up half the Libyan population: Wafalla, Tarhouna, Zlitan, Washafana. They have all given the allegiance of their tribes to Muammar
Gaddafi.

Sounds like the al qaeda thugs and criminals are surrounded.

p.s Misrata was taken by Ghadaffi forces yesterday.

and yesterday there was a press conference of 200 tribes four of which contibute to over 50% of the entire Libyan population on thier own, thier message: we fight with Ghadaffi. You would think that would be more than interesting, you would think that that would be devestating to the NATO apologists... you bet your ass it is and that is why the west isn't reporting it.
