Dude I'm about as constitutionally aligned as they come. I'd vote libertarian if they had a chance. I'm not against the use of rec drugs but that ship has sailed and it will NEVER be safe or controlled even if we legalized it all. Sure..let everyone buy weed....just don't put me on a highway at 2am with drunk AND high kids out there...lest my constitutional rights get violated (or my kids')
