Manners maketh the man. You could have said please. While I don't condone their behaviour or anything that was done to you, yours seems pretty immature and petty. I can't take this rant seriously if I can't respect it's author.

ive been here 2x so far and loved it both times. i am an avid breakfast eater. i love making it , ordering it in and going out to eat it. possible my favourite meal of the day! so, when i found 3 spots all within a block of each other and close to where i live you can imagine how happy i was! i have yet to try the other 2 as they were closed at 2 pm (ya ya hangovers suck) but i made it to Quoi De N’Oeuf before they stopped their brek menu and was greeted by super friendly staff. i had an omlette with mushrooms and asparagus that was deeeeelish!

Ive been a long time fan of Ye Olde Orchard. Mostly on de la Montagne before concerts or games at the Bell Centre its a great alternative to the overpriced Baton Rouge. Get there early enough to be able to get a seat and youre set. food is pretty decent, comes pretty quick for when youre rushing thru your meal to make the drop of the puck or opening act! nothing special to say on the menu really but beer and good times are always key! trivia nights at the new location on prince arthur are fun too! oh , and did i mention guys in kilts? HOT!

i used to frequent this place when it first opened and loved it. only problem was how jam packed it got with a much younger, louder crowd who just came for drinks and not for the yummy menu. dinner tables got disturbed by hips jolting the table as they squeezed into every nook and cranny. i decided i just couldnt do it anymore and will return when the hype has moved on. im off to l'orignal now anyway... ;)

I threw my last years birthday here and have the same comments i did for mechante boeuf. food was good tho the ecclectic menu was a little tough on my familys "meat and potatoes" palate. once they figured out which item was basically "steak frites" we all ordered that and enjoyed them. the service as i recall was decent. i was able to secure most of the terasse to accomodate the ever growing group come for after dinner drinks. bottle prices were exorberant but thankfully i have good friends who decided money was no object! music was an issue but again the manager was nice enough to allow me to attch my own ipod and we played tunes that went well with the atmosphere. even management was happier withour music selection! i have to say i have yet to go back and chances are with the many other selections i have in this great city i wont... not because of a bad experience at all , just because theres more out there!

I threw my birthday party here the first weekend it opened in 2007 and had a pretty good experience. The steak i had was great altho it took a loooong time to come out. I chalked it up to opening jitters. no big deal. The music was a bit of an issue as all they had was satellite radio with only 3 stations; stairway to heaven while we were eating was serious zzzzzz. but the managment were amazing enough to let us attach our own ipod and we had the place jumping in no time.
ive been back since and loved the seafood platter. id definitely go again.

i went to greasy spoon when it first opened with 5 of my ladies. they only a few things on the menu so we all ordered the same thing pretty much. those who had the grilled chicken sandwhich enjoyed 2 large peices of chicken and salad. i had the fish and chips which were good but i was disappointed that there was no tartar sauce. just other random bbq sauces which i didnt really like with my dish.
the drinks were yummy tho so i forgave the lack of tartar sauce for the other "sauce".
