Well I wasn't going to say that but you are right it is the Katrina mess. But, every time something like this happens in that area they get their panties in a wad if someone blames it on the Katrina bunch, but plain and simple, we did not have this problem in that area until they moved. in.

That is such a bad area, shootings at the restaurant and all around that area. Hate going to that Academy and forget it I don't go to Chachos any more. They need to clean up that area not sure where all the criminals came from but have a good idea.
