But yeah, it does make sense. Examples: 22.86 Centimeter Nails = NIN; kilo of cocaine = 2.2 pounds of coke; etc. Thanks.

Re: THE FLASH Review 3.09 “The Present”

Unless Savitar is Iris:

[Flash removes Savitar's mask]

"Iris!? I don't think the show needs another betrayal from someone close. Just once I'd like them to unmask the big bad and for it to be some random guy.

"Who are you?"
"I'm Larry from the year 2154! My biggest problem is when you have the masked intruders lurking in the background for no apparent reason whatsoever except for the audience to be creeped out. It serves the audience, not the story.

Re: Journalists Remember Ryszard Kapuscinski - mediabistro.com: GalleyCat

One of the best discoveries I've made living in Poland was Kapuscinski's work. Hemingway took me a long time to like, and once I did, I was kicking myself for taking so long.

There is a fantastic audiobook of The Sun Also Rises read by William Hurt that is amazing. I've left it in my iPod and even when it comes up on shuffle, I listen to it. I've probably heard the novel a dozen times by now.

Re: Literary Quote of the Week Vol. 21

Nice one.

Re: “Just write the story, Christian.”

Glad you're enjoying it.
