Also tested and reviewed the Mod 90, and loved it. Club head was a bit too thin for my preference, but a really solid club.

This is a tricky subject because a rabbit-hole of subjectivity lurks right around the corner. If they are to deem "anchoring" as "movement around a fixed pivot point", then who is to say that point is only limited to the torso? Isn't the typical golf swing a pivot around one's spine angle aided by leverage from good balance against the ground? I just don't see how a clear-cut definition can be established when the premise of "what is or isn't a golf stroke" is still so subjective.

You bring up interesting points, but I would also offer up the following question: should you be determining who gets the "freebies", or should the nature of the requester determine that? While I completely understand (and agree) that any professional must be weary of competition, imitation is also the greatest form of flattery.

Besides, copywrites and patents are made for a reason and can be helpful in limiting plagiarism.

Think about your time growing and developing into the professional you are today. While you obviously put in a ton of work and paid your dues on the way up - both figuratively and literally - you also likely received a valuable "freebie" tip along the way.

I think it is incredible how some sports writers still have jobs after making comments similar to what Freeman wrote. I suppose any win that pitcher Jaime Moyer has is no longer legit because he is over 40 years old? Give me a break...
