Their T&amp;amp;C's state that non U.S. residents will be notified when the Ads by ER Exchange opens.  It is a little concerning that they do not yet accomodate internation participants but they still want us to join and start earning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The copyright on the T&amp;amp;C's is dated 2006-2008.  Does this mean that the company has been using these terms since 2006 and if so, why do they still not include international members for payouts?  Other internet companies use paypal and other payment processing services, so why has this company not yet included these payment options as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am the eternal optimist and will stay with this for a while (I have a predetermined time in mind) and will let you know along the way what transpires.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One interesting thing I noticed also, is that whilst you are not asked for any personal information on sign up (as HBC states) with the current payout process on the site, you end up having to give your address and phone number details in order to obtain a payout......another good reason for the site to introdue payouts by paypal or some other online option.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you all for your thoughts here.....it gave me much to think about.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">ChelJ</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 08 May 2009 19:16:05 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
