First of all, strict punishments for rapists. Second, quick judgement and public humiliation for these beasts - a max of 30 days. Women should take all necessary precautions and not board private vehicles at any cost. as it is Delhi is the most unsafe city in India! It's a shame.

Anyways, always carry some pepper spray and a knife or a sharp object. Start exercising and gain some strength. Learn judo karate, it should be made compulsory. Even males should learn self protection and be able to fight.

More police should be deployed in the city especially during night. (Although in so many cases, even police is a devil)!!!

Training sessions from time to time to make women aware of how unsafe the city is and what precautions they can take.

Hey,

Bang-on!!! There are so many of these myths that a number of clients don't understand even in Tier I cities and primarily because those taking the ultimate decisions (read senior management) are usually not very well versed with social media. Hence, they land-up believing in number of fans being the most important factor. Whether your audience is talking to you or not doesnt matter to them!

I hope people are able to understand what social media means and act accordingly!

Very well written and explained. Indeed reigning fiscal deficit is the biggest challenge that the government is facing right now. the constantly rising food inflation is another problem that needs to be tackled soon.

Looking forward to hear more from you once the budget is out. What do you think these moves like increasing the revenues from different sources, will impact the stock market?

I too have not lost anyone close in any of these acts of terror, and thus obviously don't feel so strongly affected by it. But it makes me feel sad when I think of all the innocent people who lose their lives or get some disability or get scarred forever.

Every time there is an act of terror, a bomb blast, we hear about the precautionary measures that we should take. For example, every time a blast occurs via these unattended unidentified bags, we hear cautions like - do not touch an unidentified bag, report immediately, blah blah blah... We see this caution on the back of every seat in a bus.

But what happens next? We forget everything and get back to our daily life routine. This is life. It moves on... It is good that people move on. But something also needs to be done to prevent these things. But what is a million dollar question???

Frankly speaking, I do not know what needs to be done. What I as an individual can do to help prevent such attacks. What the government needs to, it needs to do. We know all that. But what can I do, is something that still remains a big ?

It has made me thinking though. Will share if I come up with something. Does anyone else has an answer to this question?

A very good concept and a very important one indeed. We realize it everyday when we go to work...but never do anything about it... Its a concept most people just talk about but never practice.

While looking for great companies worth investing, this is a major criteria. Whether companies treat their employees as assets or consider them as cost, makes a difference. But in reality, hardly ever does one take it into account.

Looking forward to hear your thoughts on it.

Thanks a lot for the informative post. I hope it answers the worries of various investors. Since the time i wrote this blog i have only been receiving negative news. One of the concerns which came across is the bad management. Some of my friends know some insiders in the company and they feel that the Management has been repeatedly taking decisions not in favor of the company. Please share your views on the management other than Mr Tulsi R Tanti.

Also you said that the share is trading at 40...well its trading at 80 right now and was in the range of 40's only during March (that too for a very short while!).
