I'm using Arktan at the moment, I like the way I can create my own channels for subject specific content, but I'm investigating possibilities of Buzz as well so was very interested in what you had to say on the subject.

I wish I could do it, but sadly I work full time and have loads of other things going on, so would'nt be able to do it justice. I'm struggling to get mine up lately as it is. Sorry to hear your dropping the reins, but I completely understand. I'm sure you'll find someone great. In the meantime, I'll keep a visiting - take care for now-)

Hope you had a great christmas and new year, thanks for dropping in :-) I've had a very quiet but restful one and am only now getting back to blogland. check out my SS post, should make you smile. Loved your lights display which I've just caught up with. I love these, We don't get them over here so it's great to see them on Youtube. yours was really good, must have taken ages to set up, but worth it.. So glad your hubby's Aunt is a bit better, must have been nice to see them. The pics are lovely and the LO's are great, simple and restrained. I can't seem to do that, mine are always so busy, I can't resist piling it on ! Lovely photo and love the layout! Sounds like you had a great trip - even despite all the driving :-) I haven't been on holiday - we don't celebrate TG over here, I've been down with a bad bout of the flu! Starting to feel a bit better today so thought I'd come on line and found your message - thanks so much for that :-) Have posted a page for SS which fortunetely I'd made before the flu got me. That's a really great scrapbook page! That looks like a really great spread they laid on for you, such a sweet thing to have done when you were feeling so bad. I wonder if they will do it again this year, it could become a family tradition (she says as she spots a pig flying past!). All rhose sweeties look very tempting, I love the way you have laid them out. Your Trick or Treaters must have had a great time when they came to your house! I was very disappointed this year, I got 2! Thanks for letting everyone know about DSD, I'm sure they will enjoy visiting all the sites that are participating :-)
Hope you had a great Halloween. Our next big celebration is Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night on Wednesday which I will be blogging about as it is a very interesting anniversary. Have a super duper weekend :-)

Sad as it is to say, I think you need to step away from him for a while. I think yes, 2 & 3 - at least that keeps the channels open and if the marriage does go pear shape then he knows that he can turn to you. Always assuming that you will still be prepared to let him do that bearing in mind the way he has treated you and the family over the last 3 years and this guy is 32 years old - not some kid of 22 as you so rightly say.

For the time being I'd just keep the absolute minimum contact necessary and get on with your own life. Believe me, life is too short to waste years of it fretting about someone who obviously has no regard or respect for you. Concentrate on the people who really love you, they are the most important people in your life. Here endeth the lesson :-)

Wow, Vegas! One of my favourite places, been 3 times now, stayed at the Luxor the 1st time - amazing! The Fantasy show there looks like fun :-) Have a great time and I can't wait to hear all about it when you get back ( specially the pole dancing!)

She really does sound like a very unpleasant person, and obviously has major hangups! I wonder what made her feel this way, it's very sad. I'm just sorry that you have to be piggy in the middle and that she is causing such a rift with your bro'. To be honest I think the only thing you can do is try and keep the contact open with him, no matter how it hurts and hope that the time will come when he has had enough of her and realises what a mistake he has made. That is when he will really need you and at least then he will know you have always been there for him.

My goodness, but you have been busy! These are great, I love Halloween and always have a small cauldron of goodies available for the trick or treaters. I used to dress up in a great witches outfit as well and scare the bejasus out of them when I went to the door - but sadly I have not been able to find it since we moved house. Writing about these things can be cathartic, very often just writing the words helps to clarify one's inner thoughts and feelings. I'm following your story carefully and really hope you manage to reconcile your problems with your brother - but if you can't, it won't be for want of trying and sometimes it's better to cut the ties if it's making you too unhappy! I'll catch up when I get back from the Lakes a week on Saturday, until then take care :-)
