My family owned the property for years and years and the county would always shoot down any development on the property. That property was suppose to be my mothers retirement but instead she sold it for next to nothing because the county would never allow it to go commercial. I don't think the Rite Aide people should profit any more on that corner. I wonder how much they paid county officials to get that piece of property zoned commercial.
