Not weird at all. My husband always gives me a crazy look when I start piling up the dishes, napkins and stray food into one big pile. I feel bad leaving a mess for someone else to clean up, even if they are getting paid for it.

That is a horrendous way to treat a customer ... and based on the behavior, I wouldn't shed a tear if they went out of business. About tipping ... we've tipped as low as a quarter and as high as 40%. It's a pretty simple concept for us, every time our server screws up, we start deducting and then add back on for however bad the mess is the kids leave behind.

It breaks my heart when I see the kids getting off the bus, the kids in my son's class ...over half of them are overweight some even obese. It's sad and scary. Twenty years ago I was in grade school and you were lucky to see 1 or 2 overweight kids per classroom. I hope this campaign opens some parent's eyes.

You're hilarious. Bless you for trying! Those doll cakes are not as easy as they look. Before I did Kaydee's Cinderella doll cake a did a trial run cake a few days before to make sure I could even pull it off. Fondant is so much easier than the icing decor. It's because non-religious people don't spend every waking moment pushing their views on other people. We just roll through life quietly :) I've found life to be more peaceful than ever not throwing myself into a segregated group of religion.

I could have written this post myself. I too fall into the agnostic atheist category but I do celebrate Christmas in a non-religious way. For us it's just a holiday to celebrate being together as family, fake Santa Claus, reindeer food, baked goodies and of course presents. I decorate the house in red, white and green, do the tree and all the fixin's.

I don't care about either billboard. I live in a tiny midwest town where you'd NEVER see a billboard like either of those. Even if there was one I wouldn't care. I talk to my children, even my 4 year old gets the concept of gay in the sense that boys like boys, girls like girls, etc. They probably wouldn't even notice the signs.

I'm proud of Shawn Ann for sticking to gun so to speak. When a company asks for a review, they should expect honesty, sometimes, the honest opinion won't work out in their favor. That's just how it is.

Fortunately for Infantino, I no longer have babies young enough to wear because this whole ordeal just made me lose any interest in ever purchasing from the company. I don't like deceptive practices.

I honestly don't get it. If there was a girl on my son's team I'd tell him to treat her like any other player. When you're on a team .. you're not a girl, you're not a boy, you're a player.

I have been trying to get that picture out of my Facebook stream for days. I love people of all shapes and sizes, but that doesn't mean I want to look at it naked, daily.

I fight hard to teach my children to love themselves for who they are and I fight just as hard for them to love their bodies, but that doesn't mean accepting excess fat as part of who they are.

You know, I use to be one of those parents completely against leashes. They look ridiculous and well ... it's a leash for crying out loud.

Then I ran into some situations where I wished I had one. Example, the State Fair with two toddlers. It was a nightmare with my kids darting every which way and sometimes they just wander. So I'm not 100% against using them anymore but I still haven't bought one yet.

The good news is .... we're all in your shoes. I know it looks so perfect for so many on the outside but it's not the reality. My reality is I have three kids, anyone that thinks I have it all together at any point in the day is enjoying a dreamworld I desperately want to be in.
