I just wish this was being offered right now, when so many small businesses need to fund inventory for the holidays and hire extra help. The graphics show how badly a new source of credit is needed for small business. Traditional lending that bases credit-worthiness on the traditional credit reports does not give some a chance to recover from catastrophes that were beyond their control

Re: The Social Media Cheat Sheet Guide - SumAll - Blog

I could use a little more text explaining which diagram goes with which SM site. The 851x315 black box totally loses me. I do like the info shown. Thanks for sharing your safe-vacation methods with us. I look forward to hearing how you reverse the process when you return.

Re: It’s Easy to Get Discouraged

It is easy to get discouraged when negative people are harping away at you every day. You have a vision that keeps you going in a positive direction and that makes all the difference. What you are telling us may be common sense to some, but a lot of it is news to me, or at least a timely reminder so I read you every day. My good friend Danna Crawford (aka PowerSellingMom on eBay) has started a new site called RunDramaRun.com. The idea is for positive thinking people to leave positive thoughts on her site where we can all go for inspiration when the drama queens and kings are harping on us. She has a vision of over 100 bloggers making little posts on a regular basis and I know she would love to have you make a remark or two.

Re: We Could Do So Much More

Hi Chris. I read you regularly and get a lot of great food for thought from your blog. Your ideas on What Can we do? struck a chord in me as I also noticed how difficult it is to make meaningful connections at conferences. What about a name tag that says "I'm new here too... What's your name? " What about making a point to hook up a pal with someone at the conference who has a mutual interest. Make it a point to consider their needs instead of your own. Doing that will relax you as you concentrate on the other person and you will learn a lot in the process. Just a thought.

Re: Ping.fm / Uploaded Image from m

A votre sante, Dzake! I heard you speak at IZEAFest at Sea World last October and tuned in to hear you speak via live stream at another conference a month or so later. I subscribed and have been getting your blog via email ever since. There is almost always something I can learn from reading your posts and sometimes it is something that changes the way I think in a major way. Always, I enjoy reading you. Please keep doing what you do so well. I hope I get to hear you speak again someday. Thanks for all you have taught me. Gosh, I guess they are obsolete. Seen any 8" diskettes lately? I remember when they were the newest geek claim to fame.

Re: HOW TO: Use Twitter Lists

Thank you so much for explaining this in detail. I heard some of what you said about this at IZEAFest (but I was distracted by my surroundings) I heard more of what you said yesterday at BWE09 (from my laptop) streaming live from LV and it began to trouble me. Today I am back for more, on your website and again I feel physically prodded to GET OUT THERE AND JOIN THE CONVERSATION. I finally GOT IT! I realize what is missing in this picture. I am trying to write about Senior Citizens but not talking to many, I am trying to write about Grandmothering, but not meeting others of my kind. I have to leave the comfort of my office and get out there. That won't be comfortable or easy as I have cocooned myself here too long. I will be back for another prod tomorrow! Don't stop prodding, this is just what I need. THANK YOU, pc

Re: Twiddeo: Passeio com a sogra. :)

I love that even though all I understood was "Lets go... Tagalong was my little dog who followed me everywhere. I would ride my tricycle down the street and around the block with him sitting on the back step and often, in winter, I had a hot sweet potato dripping with butter as a mid-day snack. My mom would peel it back part way so that it looked like an ice cream cone. What a sweet treat. I still love them.

Re: Interview with Cat Purry, um I mean Pat Curry

Follow up comments: OK, now I get the pirates vs ninjas questions. I go with Ninjas because deep down I am a very spiritual person and Ninjas are awesomely spiritual. Dead serious about Cop Rock, I crave a DVD of the series. I'm glad you gave more input on your views of disclosure. The situation you describe would be a tough call but sounds like you handled it just right by suggesting improvements rather than outright criticizing the product.
