The problem is 30mph ebikes which are really low-end motorcycles with pedals. I don’t want to get rear-ended by one of these while riding at human-powered speed in the bike lane. Yes, there are categories of ebikes which don’t boost over 18mph or so but you can’t readily tell one from another by casual inspection so enforcing to allow only those would be impractical.

And it's debatable whether the analog to digital converter inside these tiny inexpensive speakers is better than the one on my computer.

Is the re-release LP significantly different than the re-release CD? I am surprised to read you prefer the remaster LP whereas Karl Schuster (July/August 2013 print version of The Absolute Sound) says the original CD is "infinitely preferable to the later Warner Remasters CD re-release" which clips peaks, attenuates note decay, etc...
