Will this policy change affect my Kroger shopping? Sure will! I'll go back to Save A Lot, although they don't have a great selection and rarely have coupons I'll not mess around with Kroger's very much. If the problem is fraudulent printable coupons then there needs to be a better system for screening those out. I mean they all have a different number and code on them....The companys that allow for those to be printed want us to use them or they wouldn't offer them. I never had much problem with IPs at Krogers, have at Walmart and Food Lion though.

Thanks for the tip, those will be great for grandmas! My hubby has 75 cousins. So yep, we have a huge list. And yes at one time I (not he) wrote them all out by hand. Now we print the address off at home on a sticker and do them that way. We also type out a newsletter of the past year, copy and include that. However I do hand rubber stamp, color and glitter each envelope. Coloring is fun though so I don't mind!

Okay Coupon Katie, you made me a coupon clipper. I went to Krogers. I got the the esaver coupons, the printables and left the kids with The Husband (it was Saturday at 7:45 and I WAS the only one showered, dressed and fed) so I could take my time. The result? I saved 45.92 and paid 119.27 for 52 items. Not too shabby I think.

No you did great! Aprons make very sturdy capes. I run a preschool and after Halloween I stock up on the discounted costumes that didn't sell. My tip is to make sure it's an outfit kids can put on and off by themselves or you'll go crazy. Esp watch for if it goes over the shoes!

We went tonight and the staff really could not have been any more friendly. The place was clean (I checked the restrooms, with 2 small kids you end up there a lot) and the food was great! I had the Rajun Cajun which was really hot/spicy and my husband loved his chicken salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. The best part for us was the kid friendly meals with things like apple juice, carrot sticks and peanut butter and jelly. While some mommies may feel silly (as one said outside the bounce house tonight) "eating out and paying for a PB and J"- I don't. I have picky eaters and I was delighted with a healthier fare to choose from there. My daughter had the pizza and both kids ate a dinner out with nothing fried. The four of us ate out on about 20 bucks so to us that's a great deal! The manager said kids eat free and Tues and Thursdays so I am sure we'll be back again
