Data on Tradestation shows the $ES trade around 150K contracts on initial tick spike, funny it's right when Blankfien was spitting back at panel!

Been watching this too, only thing I would add is that $US DXY has been slowly drifting since 12\23,
with today's sharp reversal (upward) the Indices may have trouble with this pattern. FWIW

RUT , COMPX , NDX stalled out precisely at multi-day down-trend lines,
SPX, NYSE smashed thru but have been lagging markets, playing catchup?
Or, leaders just biding their time before earnings season kicks in?

Anyway, a little surprised to see 30 Min. EMA's holding markets up.

Another problem for the Bulls, is all major Indices broke thru last week's lows today, the tape has painted a very sloppy ABC correction in the past week (30 or 60 min) could trap Bears again?
